Refund policy

No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 1° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods that we produce daily.

Cancellation of a “Click & Collect” Order

• Until 4 PM the day before the pickup slot: free cancellation by phone or email; full refund via the original payment method (or, at the Customer’s choice, a credit valid for 6 months).

• After 4 PM or in case of no-show: no refund as products are already in production.

Refund Terms

• Maximum processing time: 7 business days after approval.

• Refund method: same card/account as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed (credit, cash at the counter).

• Any banking fees (3-D Secure, commissions) are not reimbursed.
